Kane Enable is a drag artist based in Adelaide/Kaurna Land and a proud resident performer at Mary’s Poppin’—a queer-owned and operated venue they’ve called home since its opening in 2016.

Over the years, Kane’s drag career has taken them far beyond the local stage. They’ve toured nationally with ITD Events, performing alongside some of the world’s most iconic queens including Trixie Mattel, Jinkx Monsoon, Monét X Change, and Sasha Colby. In both 2024 and 2025, Kane debuted self-produced solo shows This Is My Drag Show and This Is My Drag Wedding as part of the Adelaide Fringe Festival.

Kane has hosted major drag events across the country—from Drag Expo in Melbourne and Sydney, to Adelaide’s Marys in the Park and Poppin Out, as well as programming across Sydney Mardi Gras and WorldPride. Their signature mix of wit, fashion, and flair has also made them a standout at corporate and cultural events, including collaborations with the Art Gallery of South Australia, the South Australian Museum, and more.

Hailed as “The Queen Bee of Adelaide,” Kane is fiercely passionate about showcasing South Australian drag talent on a national scale. Their contributions have been recognised in features across CityMag, The Advertiser, InStyle Australia, ABC News, and The Courier. In 2024, Kane was awarded Performer of the Year at the South Australian Pride Awards and named a semi-finalist for the 2025 7NEWS Young Achiever Awards.

Rooted in a love for art, fashion, and community, Kane Enable continues to champion Australian drag with humour, heart, and high heels—always striving to take the artform further, and have a fabulous time doing it.
